Commission Guidelines

Heyo thank you for considering commissioning artwork from me! We're excited to bring your creative vision to life. To ensure a smooth and delightful experience for you, please take a moment to review our commission guidelines:

1. Commission Types:

We offer a variety of commission types, including character illustrations, portraits, fan art. Please specify your desired style and details when making a request.

2. Process:

Reach out to us with your commission request via Instagram @Zippyidk , email at zippy@Zippyidk or the contact form below.

Provide a detailed description of what you're looking for, including character references, poses, backgrounds, and any specific elements you'd like to include.

We'll review your request and provide you with a quote based on the complexity of the artwork.

Once the quote is accepted, we'll provide you with payment details.

After receiving payment, we will start working on your commission.

You'll receive progress updates and the final artwork for approval.

Minor revisions are included in the commission fee; major revisions may incur additional charges.

Once the artwork is finalized, we'll provide you with a high-resolution digital file.

3. Pricing:

Our pricing varies based on factors such as complexity, size, and style. We'll provide you with a detailed quote after reviewing your request. To compare are prices follow are pricing list.

4. Communication:

Clear and open communication is crucial. We encourage you to provide as much detail as possible in your initial request. Feel free to ask questions and provide feedback throughout the process.

5. Payment:

We accept payment through Apple Pay, Card (visa,Mastercard,etc)PayPal or Shoppay. Payment is required upfront before work begins.

6. Usage Rights:

While you're free to use the commissioned artwork for personal use, we retain the rights to display the artwork in our portfolio and on our social media. If you'd like the artwork to remain private, please let us know.

7. Turnaround Time:

Turnaround time varies based on our current workload and the complexity of your commission. We'll provide you with an estimated completion date upon acceptance of the commission.

8. Refunds:

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds are available under certain circumstances, such as if the commission cannot be completed. Other than that there’s NO REFUNDS
